Marc O’Polo stands for quality in simplicity, and the SS18 collection concept was to simply show the raw beauty of nature. LOOP focused on product storytelling through visually stunning content. The campaign videos, shot on location in Ibiza, highlight the incredible locations blending with the colors, textures and fabrics rendering a dreamlike quality.
All filming was done on the Helium 8K RED cinema camera, to ensure that we could capture the beauty and details that we needed matching the intense craftmanship that goes into every product. We always choose our filming equipment with the brand and campaign in mind, which is why we knew we had to use the best to capture the timeless style.
All campaign videos were shot on location in Ibiza, at several different sites, which meant our crew and equipment needed to be highly mobile. To film the campaign videos our crew worked alongside the on-location producers and ensured to fit seamlessly into the production vehicle, without wasting valuable shoot time with good lighting and perfect set ups.
The most important message conveyed in the content is the freedom to be yourself which Hana Jirickova flawlessly communicated. Art direction is always needs to be perfectly in line with the campaign and brand values. Workflow needs to be seamless between creative, to social media.
