Life as a Senior IT Manager & Security Advisor

As a Senior IT Manager & Security Advisor, you will oversee and enhance LOOP’s IT infrastructure while providing expert support in information security, IT systems, and networks. Your deep knowledge of IT workflows and security policies will be key in driving innovation and safeguarding our operations.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Strong expertise in IT, with a comprehensive understanding of information and IT security.
  • In-depth knowledge of security concepts and standards, such as NIS 2 and ISO27001.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing security policies and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience in network and device administration, including the maintenance and migration of existing systems (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint, and Entra Internet Access.
  • Expertise with IT workflows and documentation requirements.
  • Working knowledge of multiple operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux).
  • Ideally, experience in incident response and risk management.
  • Experience with IT certification processes is an advantage.
  • Programming or scripting skills would be a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A dependable team player who can take responsibility, work independently, and communicate effectively.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
